「Checkin was easy. Have niy stayed here for 10 plus years and the hitel is definitely showing its age. The bedding has visible stains which should have been noted by housekeeper」

「This is a beautiful property in a great location. They just need to work on making sure the room is ready when you check in! Our check-in was delayed by an hour and 20 minutes based on cleaning still being performed when we arrived. 」

「There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. We don’t understand why guests were given rooms next to us when there were only 4 rooms occupied in the entire...

「This was our first time visiting Birch Bay. Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very nice. The unit was huge and had a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the outdoor pool, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is great—right by the water, close to some eating places, and a short drive to Birch Bay State Park. This place met all our expectations and even more. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.」
