「My stay at the residence inn was very nice the staff was great. Unfortunately, I booked a room with a pull out couch and they put me in a room with out one. I feel that if they was unable to fulfill what I needed and paid for then I should have been able get a lower rate or an upgrade. When I checked in the staff member didn’t inform me of this until I called downstairs. If it was communicated by the staff member of the unfortunate circumstances of the room and the inability to have what I paid...

「Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. From the parking lot it looked pretty full but I never heard any noise. Good location close to lots of restaurants. Breakfast is typical "free" hotel breakfast of which I'm not a fan (not a complaint, just how it is). Would definitely stay here again.」

「The garden is beautiful. Mike was great. The hotel is charming. The beds are comfortable. The pool wasn't really maintained & some of the stairs don't have handrails. I was traveling with my 83 year old father so that was a small concern. Overall I'd give it an 8 out of 10. 」
