「I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!」

「I have stayed here a few times before. Had issues with code for room access. After speaking to the lady from the call centre, a guy arrived and let me into the room. After about 10 or 15 mins he returned and gave me a new code. After a long day of travelling I just wanted a shower and to crash out. Was a little inconvenient.」

「因夜機而選擇在機場附近找間酒店住下，沒想到為了找這間酒店而在半夜狼狽不堪地找，明明遠處看到它，但是十分難找。居然拖著重重的行李箱衝上高速路後，卻發現過不去。住宿沒有提供拖鞋，十分簡陋。酒店沒有電梯，唯獨幸好前台小哥樂於幫助我們，一次性把兩個共34kg的行李抬上三樓。」
