「Arrived at the accommodation after an 11-hour flight and lots of other travelling only to arrive and not be able to get into the property, we then called the property and were told that we had been moved to a different property as they had double booked the accommodation yet I had not been informed of this showing poor communication skills. We then walked to the other property (about 10-15 minutes away). The other property was OK, however, the bathroom and the dishes were not really clean and...
