「This place needs help. For what you pay to stay they offer real amenities. Rooms are outdated. Cooperstown restaurant has a poor menu. The coffe pot was not working. Its acshamecvecause you pay top dollar. 」

「Clean, convenient, great price. Great little free breakfast from 6:39 to 9:30. Remember to call the hotel when your flight arrives to get them to send the shuttle. Bed was comfy! But the elevators were broken so I had to lug my suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room’s drapes are fake so the bright parking lot floodlight shone through the window a bit all night. You can hear some road noise and I think a smoke alarm battery was beeping periodically. Ruby Tuesdays is next door but otherwise...

The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything ran smoothly overall. The only minor drawbacks were that breakfast closes at 9:00...

「Great location for a stay that requires you to be close to the university of Tennessee. Clean, super convenient to school, malls, etc.」

「My stay was only one night due to my schedule and that I wanted to try this hotel for future visits. The staff were all wonderful, and the room exactly as shown, with comfortable beds and very nice bath accoutrements. It was good to see that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in handy dispensers in the shower, rather than having little plastic bottles. So, both easier and more eco-friendly. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options.」
