「入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！」

Very clean environment and the breakfast was very good. Very impressed. The Walgreens was available 24 hours~ Great, especially if you have children and a Starbucks was right on the property. Along with a Pizza Joint. We will surely be staying here again. 」

「The room was clean and tidy. It is very close to Disneyland and the surrounding area is very prosperous, so it is a good choice. The room is not soundproof, you can hear noise from the corridor. Although there are few types of breakfast and no meat, it is very convenient and saves time.」

「Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( 」

「$45 dollars for overnight parking for a hotel I’m staying I thought was outrageous. They know you have no choice to pay it. Sometimes hard to get connected to staff before your stay but overall it’s a really nice hotel for the price and the suite was amazing. When I got there the guy at the front desk was really good. Enjoyed my stay a lot 」

「When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! 」
