「Spencer was very professional and polite making check in a breeze, the room was spotless, parking was very safe and secure. Housekeeping staff was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We did not try the restaurant or coffee shop but they looked like they had some happy customers.」

「The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. 」
