「Wonderful staff, except we weren't told that there was room serviceonly every two days. We were given clean towels only when we asked for them. Stayed 6 nights and the room was made up only/ twice, the room was clean, comfortable, large room. Love this hotel chain,, but communication could have been better. 」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」
