「The hotel manager says that that do not accept the booking done through your web site and the did their own booking and charged us R/s 16,000 for two rooms it was really a worst experience of my life」

「Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night.」

「Room condition is very bad. Broken bathrooms. Overall hotel is very clean and staff behaviour is ok. Food options is very less. Not worth the price that you pay online. What I realised is that there is a big difference in online and direct hotel price. I booked from Expedia and I was offered exactly half the price of the rooms at the hotel. 」

「The hotel was truly what it was worth—the breakfast and dinner, which I had opted for while booking, were excellent. The travel desk manager Suchinta Das Biswas is an extremely warm and kind hearted person. He readily bonded with me (and as far as what I have seen, other guests too) and provided travel tips and advice on nearby touristic and (off maps) great places to visit.
