「Very clean, spacious room. Easy to get to and quiet, despite being near the regional airport.」

「A little outdated, the hot tub in the room totally needs replaced. There were some people down at the other end of the building that made me uncomfortable. There were no blinds on the windows, so no way to get or move around in the room without feeling like someone was going to peek in at you.」

「Our experience at this hotel was concerning from the moment we arrived and ultimately we ended up not staying at the hotel. In the parking lot, there was a hotel shuttle van with its windows smashed out, and several individuals were loitering nearby, which immediately raised safety concerns. Upon entering the hotel, the atmosphere was unexpected and uncomfortable. The lobby was lined with casino-style gambling machines, and there were people openly walking through the facility carrying...

「Everything was great except the very disappointing breakfast. Very few options, and their fridge and juice machine were not working. The little bowls with ice containing yogurts and only 2 milks were not adequate to keep things cold.」

「The bathroom in our room was not very clean - broken towel rack, no conditioner, mold on the floor. The hotel stairs were not vacuumed the whole weekend. The breakfast was not fresh or restocked when things were gone. Not allowed to take any food to your room or they would charge you $250 to clean. The staff was never very available - the housekeepers had little kids with them and the front desk people were in the back on phones or outside smoking. The vending machine contained expired cans...
