「Clean room.froemdly staff. Pictures made the locations indoor water park seem bigger. Teens were a little disappointed with the smaller size but all in all good trip」

「Our room had several issues. The TV didn't work properly, the phone did not work and there was a very large gap in the door where you could hear every noise in the lobby and hallway. We did not sleep at all because of this. Very disappointing property」

「There were several bird nests up above the entrance and big piles of bird poop right in front of the main doors. The breakfast was cold and not a big selection, the coffee tasted terrible. The hallways felt small and kinda dark. The bathroom in the room was extremely small and the shower was okay.」

「After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all.」
