"Helpful staff, clean room, beautiful hotel & steps away from KeyBank Center - perfect location! We used the easy access overflow parking. It's been years since I've stayed here & I can't wait to come back!"

"I asked for a quiet room and the gentleman at the front desk searched diligently to find one. I practically had a wing to myself. Thank you. The pool is small but fits the bill for young kids to play in. The exercise room has what you need: an elliptical, a treadmill, and dumbbells. I only wish that the TV was in a place where I could watch it while doing my cardio. Breakfast was less than impressive; the yogurt machine was either broken or empty, and I couldn't find someone to help. They did have hard boiled eggs though and it was appreciated. I will definitely consider staying there again."
