「Before reservations, the hotel did not mention it will ask fee for cleaning, but after check in, it receive the fee for two times. Cause they first say they don’t need that much for that but changed their mind one day after. Also the charging socket doesn't work well. The soundproofing of the room is not good. You can hear the sound outside clearly.」

「This was the worst place I have stayed at. Stained sheets, light switches that wouldn't work, maintenance not knowing how to replace a light bulb above the shower that was flashing, sink leaked water across counter and dripped on the floor, towel rack came out of the wall when a towel was hung on it.. Parking fees, extreme added gratuity to dinner made this hotel more costly then some very expensive hotels.. "No refunds could be given". Nice lady at the desk that checked us out attempted to...
