「I love the hotel. Just wish they had 2 Elevators. Better pillows and bed they were too hard. Need softer pillows and bed. Felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. Also they need to let the 3rd party know you have to pay for parking. Didn’t know we had to pay for parking until I got there. It’s 12.00 a day for parking and if they are going to charge for parking they need bigger parking lot. Hard trying to find parking if you come in anfter 10 or 11:00. 「I enjoy staying here when I'm in Southern Maryland. I feel safe, there is ample parking, many nearby stores and restaurants, rooms are very clean, and the staff is always kind. Shout out to William at the front desk for his great customer service!」

「Had an amazing time at this Bed and Breakfast. The owners were fabulous hosts. Very friendly, made us feel welcomed, and was very flexible with our schedule. Enjoyed our talks with the hosts. Wonderful breakfast and lovely Old Home! Would absolutely recommend and stay there in the future. 」

「The cottage is an older structure that has been impeccably renovated. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. Colonial Beach is not a glamorous ocean holiday destination. It is a rural community with a basic infrastructure on the Potomac River.」

「Absolutely the grossest property I've been too. 5 spiders, 1 centipede, 1 dead cockroach. Master bedroom and bathroom both had see through curtains so people could look through. Hair in the sink and wads of hair stuck to the bathroom hinge. Window AC units had gaps in them so bugs could come in without hindrance. Leaves in the ac ducts(how). Couldn’t even cut the grass for before guest arrive. We didn't even stay there. 」

「This location and property were amazing! There was an issue with the AC the first night and the hosts responded immediately. It ended up being the battery and they came out that night to change it as soon as we asked. They were incredibly attentive and kind. The master bed and bath were gorgeous and spacious. The other two rooms had slightly smaller than double beds. It wasn’t an issue for us but it may be a bit of a squeeze for two people. The kitchen had some supplies, not a lot. The couches...
