「Everything was great」

「The staff were wonderful! Colleen, the manager, and the other shift workers were wonderful!!!!!! The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest.」

「Very nice - rooms and hotel is spacious and ultra modern. Bedding clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Just around the block from Der Dutchman Amish restaurant and shops. Great stay!」

「Absolutely one of the nicest places I habe stayed. The pool area wasn't great. But we weren't planning on swimming. Everything was fantastic. We will be returning next year.」

「Though under some lobby construction my stay was largely uneventful. Staff were kind and helpful.」

「We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true...

「Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed.」

「Ceiling was leaking right outside our door, carpet was soaked. No AC thermostat in our room/not working - window unit installed. Door deadbolt not functional/locks you out. Very dirty underneath pull out couch, hair in shower. Staff was very friendly though. They tried to be helpful where they could with all the above.」
