「It's located at the centre of Rotterdam so the shopping area is in walking distance. We stayed at The James on the King's day. Though there were lots parties going on till very late, but room was soundproofed so we still have a good sleep! 」

「Want to acknowledge COLIN the night clerk. He was just getting off his shift when we were trying to find our way to the train station. He walked with us to show us the way and tried to help us solve a credit card issue we had when we tried to buy tickets. Very nice man and very helpful.」

「I was running late for a meeting. So, I didn't check my hotel room for the moment I walked inside. The next morning, I found a big male underwear on the floor close to the window area. Since I was in hurry, I left it on the floor. When I came back to hotel in late night the 2nd night, I found the underwear still was there. I brought it down to reception. 「Fantastic location. Even though my room faced the street there was absolutely no noise through the windows. Room was very plush. Option to not have your room cleaned everyday which is very enviro sensible. Staff delightful. Coffee machine in the room was a bonus! On first night there was a slight smell in the room from the drain but what do you expect given your historic location. You don’t notice it after a short time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend it to anyone for a short...
