「We came from US, me and my husband stayed we stayed at the hotel for almost 11 days, the staff at the hotel were so nice, everything was great. we love it and coming back next year. The food was awesome the setup of the hotel lobby is beautiful and all the stuff that we came across were the best. Thank you Esther. T」

「Great!」

「Very fast wifi internet. I had serious meetings and was so worried but I was fully covered. The air conditioning system is excellent. Amazing place near the City Centre.」

「This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.」

「It’s a little sketchy to get there but it felt very safe, the place is clean but the price seems a bit high for what it is」

「The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Ritah helped me arrange a shoebill tour. Each meal was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here!」

「Shakirah in the restaurant, Dorothy in the restaurant and Hillary at the front office were all so warm and hospitable.」

「The room is quite nice, especially I like the shower. Hotel staff are very helpful and nice.」
