「Wonderful ambiance, many birds, roses, fantastic pool and the restaurant's chocolate souffle was out of this world!!! Lovely wood furniture room, big high quality tiles bathroom. Good value . Only bummer was upon checkout woman gave me an earful when I couldn't locate card key which I thought was somewhere in room. She was mean, said I didn't follow the rules. I've never experienced such a caustic attitude from a hotel employee!」

「Wow, an incredibly hotel. We stayed in a lovely apartment with 3 balconies, 3! One for each bedroom and one for the kitchenette and living area. Both bedrooms have en suite with bidet and nice showers, toiletries provided and replenished at no extra cost and the staff were lovely. It’s a short 20 or so minute walk to Skanderbeu Square and in the vicinity of where most tour operators will pick you up from, which is also super handy. 「The hotel room is located in a residential building near to the hotel. It could be quite inconvenient and insecure. The room does not provide fridge, kettle nor bottled water despite what the descriptions stated.」
