Marshalltown 3 Stars Hotels

"The room was clean, the shower could have been cleaner, (grout ), when we got in the room, there were only 2 towels, ( we stayed 2 nights) had to go get more towels, ( which seemed on the small side, & rough) had 1 full toilet paper & 1/4 of one left, had to run the hot water for almost 5 minutes before it even got warm, no water pressure in the shower, we had a busy weekend so no time to use hottub, & we didn't eat there,"

"The Isle Casino hotel was lovely, and I will definitely stay again when in the area. The problem was Hotels.com took my points, took my money from credit card, then didn't communicate the reservation to the hotel. And there was no one to call to get it straightened out. So I paid myself. Last roundup for me and Hotels.com. "
