「I Loved this Guesthouse! They treated me like family. I arrived early and they let me store my bags and relax in the beautiful and comfortable common area. While relaxing for just 10 minutes on the very scenic veranda, overlooking the town and ocean, a lovely woman, I think her name was Katrina, said she has a room already ready for me. 「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.」
