「Clean and great location」

「We had a wonderful stay at AmericInn by Wyndham Des Moines Airport! Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to the airport, with an airport shuttle available a great bonus! Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome. We would happily stay here again!」

「It’s a bit run down. My room needed refurbishing and the night shift desk clerk didn’t answer the phone both the in house phone or an outside call from my cell phone. Pretty annoying」

「Suitable for multiple occupancy, with double sofa bed available.」

「The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is awesome. Walking distance to multiple dining spots and the casino. The breakfast is about as good as it gets as far as options and quality. The elevator and 2 of the ice machines were broke. This is a new hotel so not sure why they were all broken.」

「Very quiet, very convenient, like it very much, the service is very good」

「Cool place to take a nap.」

「Kitchen in the room with full size refrigerator.」

「The bathrooms need a deep clean. Dust and hair pushed into corners, the standard swiffer mop isn't always suitable. The pull out couch mattress had stains on it. The blower motor on the hvac unit had a bad bearing and it squealed all night-other option was enduring the heat. At face value it looks nice, but its not getting the attention it needs.」

「Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town.」

「热。热。热。空调太吵。额万收费。」

「Very comfortable bed!!!!」
