"I have been looking at this property for a few years, wanting a place with a full kitchen and a private house. I gave 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was looking for. The plastic covering on the beds was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it’s more sanitary although I would suggest a washable fitted cover over the plastic mattress pad and then the sheets. It would cut the extra sweating that occurs lying on a sheet over the plastic. Also there was only one extremely worn out dish...

"Our stay was amazing! We booked the Vanderslice Suite which was much bigger than expected. Our stay was very relaxed and quiet. We met Pam, Dallas, and Mac upon arrival and knew immediately we were at the right place! Great people and great conversation! An ice storm ruined our plans for the evening, so we spent most of our night in the suite. Breakfast was served at 9am and we ate with one other couple and also very nice to talk with.
