「It was very comfortable and a super responsive host!」

「The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house.」

「The bath tub had substantial rust. The key to the laundry didn’t work. The front door was flimsy and could be easily breached. 」

「What did not go well from day one was the lack of communication. The rooms were not up to par, with dirty rags, towels, and sheets. On top of that, there was no hot water at all—from the kitchen and bathroom sinks to the shower. There was also no heat, and with the extremely cold weather outside, this made the situation completely unacceptable.」

「I never received the check-in information/code and was unable to check in. Phone line was busy and they did not respond to messages. I was forced to stay somewhere else.」

「El apartamento está bien pero la cama y la mesa alta para comer eran bastante incómodas, le faltaban tornillos y se tambaleaban. El proceso para entrar y activar la llaves es tedioso y poco intuitivo. La calle en la que está es terrible. Me pareció bastante inseguro y mal comunicado, sin comercios alrededor. Como no me gustó nada me fui la primera noche y traté de pedir o negociar parte de la devolución, ya que había cogido muchos días. Les expliqué lo sucedido y traté de negociar pero cero...
