"I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out and the staff member asked how the concert was. It took me a minute to realize when I checked in, I was asked what brought me there and realized he noted it in the computer. The personal touch was very nice "

"Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room and a good breakfast. There hotel is undergoing renovations so it will be even better in the future. Great value for the money and conveniently located. I would stay again."

"The toilet was broken, they came with plunger, but was not an issue even tho we told to maintenance, the flange has to get changed. People wants to come in the room while do not disturb sign outside, and maintenance keep knocking the door. I asked for quite room, and got room facing highways…needs an attention on details and customers more."

"Was told there was a pool and after walking around for 15mins looking for it, we were told there was no pool. Very loud banging noises above our room all night and the second night banging noises on the room side as well. Didn’t get a good night sleep and would choice another hotel next time. "
