「Location is fantastic. Rooms were clean and tidy but recommend to include some basic cutlery in the rooms for those who are unable to eat at the restaurant. Whilst the restaurant and bar was greatly appreciated, more people may utilise if some simple meals were also available as not everyone can eat rich or spicy foods. Also advertising that take-away is available may also increase sales.」

「Nice and neat room to stay in, overall fairly tidy and the thick walls made for some nice peace and quiet. Staff would come to do housekeeping (e.g. making the bed) but it would've been nice if they could've replaced our towels as we had nowhere to dry them sufficiently. The bathroom was on the small side and had no fan to get rid of the condensation, so we had to open a window that lead to a random hallway behind all the rooms which did not have a privacy screen on it so not the most...

「After I booked the room, I rang twice to check that the room was on the ground floor & both times not answered, so I left a written message with the booking & got no reply…….not a good start! On entering the room it looked very tired, badly needs renovating. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, the tap in the hand basin was so loose it nearly fell off when I turned it on. All the bottles in the shower were empty, no flannel/face washer, only 1 tiny bath towel for 2 people. The toilet was loose when...
