Our stay in Athens was wonderful at the Neratzia Rooms! The staff welcomed us early with coffees and stored our bags for us until check in. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Yannis even coordinated a taxi to pick us up from the airport and bring us to the port when we left. The location was perfect - on a quiet street, but easy walking distance to the Acropolis and other sites. Nearby was a lovely pedestrian street with wonderful restaurants and bars. We highly...

Sometimes the hotel and the staff are so exceptional they make your stay exceptional! I was taking a risk when I booked this hotel since there are so few reviews, but it is very small and the attention to your needs is beyond what you would expect. The staff and owners of this hotel will go beyond your requests to make sure every need is met. My husband and I were in love with the courtyard with it's balmy shade and the room was perfect with a comfy bed. Towels and shower were more than...

We love the place, very clean, comfortable and great communication with the host. We rented a car but I would advise not to do that, parking is very hard and you really don’t need it to get around the city. Very comfortable beds, and blackout curtains let you sleep in, easy check in and check out.

This aparthotel was absolutely amazing! There are 9 units in the building. Three units on each floor.
Upon arrival the owners assisted us with locating a parking garage for our vehicle (very close to the hotel) and greeted us as if we were family.
The owners didn't leave a single detail out on the hotel. It's a brand new hotel and very modern. We rented two superior rooms and I can't say enough about them. The rooms were impeccably clean, they offered a kitchenette with a microwave and...

Spectacular stay near the acropolis. We walked everywhere. Felt safe. So many restaurants, shops and adventures to get to from our location. Had a beautiful and amazing view from our balcony and rooms of the Parthenon and Acropolis. The hot tub added extra awesome experience in the evenings. An elevator right into our room was unique. Private. Secure. Had everything from coffee, to robes, a full kitchen and more. I highly recommend this place.

The property is SO close to many shopping and dinning options. There are 2 restaurants right out the front door! Acropolis Hill & the Acropolis Museum is only a 5 minute walk! Great location! The apartment was also clean and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for my family of 5. The AC was a must and extremely welcomed since in was so hot (we went in the middle of July).

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the hotel. Most of the major tourist attractions, and many good restaurants, are an easy walk from the hotel. There is a taxi stand, bus lines, and a metro link close by as well. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We even had a little view of the Acropolis from our room on the 6th floor. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful with tips for good restaurants and directions for how to get where we wanted to go.

We enjoyed the apartment feel, and Stelios and Yianna did a great job making us feel welcome and comfortable. Great communication and very accommodating with our check out time/luggage storage needs. Also, Yianna suggested a GREAT restaurant around the corner that was amazing. Would stay here again.

Very close to the metro and acropolis. Their breakfast buffet selection was very good. Staff very friendly and accommodating . The suite we stayed in actually had a small kitchen and we were able to prepare occasional meals.
