「Our room smelt like someone had smoked pot in there. It wasn’t the nicest room but it served its purpose.」

「Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

「The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense.」

「There like 0 restaurant around and the room looks old」

「The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly」
