「房間設備簡陋，連基本的電燒水壺和小冰箱都沒有，30多度的溫度既然度假肯定需要冰箱，問前台才知道需要3歐一天租用，哈哈哈！租吧！網上說有沙灘，騙人的，只是海邊的堤壩前放了幾張沙灘椅，不值這個價位。」

「It would not take much to get 5 stars, but this stay was off season and service fell just short of perfect. We had dinner twice even though the menu was very limited. The second time, my wife's steak was requested rare and came overcooked. Replacement took 15 min which was very unpleasant arriving after having finished mine. This was not handled the way you expect from Relais & Chateaux. 」

「Vorab möchte ich sagen, dass wir wegen meines Geburtstags nur ein verlängertes Wochenende dort waren. Das Hotel ist eher etwas altmodisch gehalten, was aber total zusammen passt. Die ganzen Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Geburtstag wurde wahrgenommen und man hat mir die ein oder andere Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lassen, wie zum Beispiel eine Sektflasche und ein Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Die Bootsüberfahrt zur Insel und nach Rovinj klappt wunderbar und ist organisiert....

「Timmy was fantastic….after we booked on line with Expedia he called us within 5 minutes to confirm our arrival time and explain where to get picked up by the golf cart that drove us into the old city to the hotel. 「Sehr schöne Unterkunft Ziemlich neu und schön renoviert. Es steht etwas undurchsichtig in der Beschreibung bezüglich Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Jedoch kann ich sagen, dass bei der Ankunft Handtücher, WC-Papier, Seife, Duschgel, Geschirrspülmittel,ein Spülschwämmchen und Bettwäsche im Zimmer waren. Gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, 2 Felder Ceranfeld, Geschirr usw. Ein Kritikpunkt ist der kleine Balkon und die Tür zum Balkon etwas schmal. At first we were confused about the parking situation, but the staff made it very convenient and hassle free once you arrive. The friendly and proactive communication by staff made all the difference. Definitely would recommend!」

Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable .
