"Basic and poorly run"

"Run with limited staff probably keeps the rates low and so no complaints. Rooms are good well styled but housekeeping and time are taking a toll on linen cleanliness….we got ours replaced each time. We stayed for extended periods and felt quite at home. Would recommend and will stay again. Kitchen serves adequate food for breakfast but better to look elsewhere for lunch or dinner."

"Some of the staff memebers were excellent but some were horrible. I had booked their pemium suite for my family, the electic plate covers was missing with a chance of someone accidently electricuting themself, and the bathroom window the glass was broken and you could see inside from the outside and there were cigarette buds around the room even after i ask them twice to clean it. When i spoke to their helper ( not the manager) he told me why not hang a towel on the broken window . The night manager was really good he tired to atleast get the rooms clean. I asked for some plates and spoons the helper working (onces with uniforms) got me platic used spoons with oil stains on it. Like why even get it. Would i recommend this place to anyone, uhhh never unless they work on training the rest of the staff and make some improvemrnts on their property. Again to mention some of their staff were excellent!"

"This property does not have lift service , they have lift but it's unopratable , so it was difficult to go on 2 nd floor with luggage and stuff , Buffett breakfast is joke , it's in car basement and they just have bread butter and paratha and tea which was very cold , overall rooms r good but there is no lift and skip breakfast "
