「房間算還舒適，但是熱水開關櫃檯不會告知要如何啟動，導致我第一天洗澡的時候沒熱水，後來詢問櫃台，他才來幫忙開啟開關。而且透過櫃檯幫忙找嘟嘟車，計畫要jaipur一天旅行，他們報價一天要1000盧比，比網路上別人分享的要貴上許多。而且司機還會問你要不要去特產店買紀念品！第二天我問他續住一天多少錢，一開始櫃檯報價1800盧比，結果後來換了櫃檯人員，又跟我報價2000盧比，感覺他們就是看心情在報價，完全沒有規則！」

「Hotel staff were nice and welcoming except for the receptionist who seems to be very cold especially to people who have booked though expedia or other hotel booking sites. Exactly do not know the reason why. Room service is really slow but overall it is value for money」
