「The lobby was hot and well air conditioned. Carpet was ripped my husband tripped on the torn carpet coming in. The checkin was ok. We got a suite the bedroom was fine but the room with the couch and tv the air went out and did not work there were dirty socks left on the floor. We called to see about the air getting fixed or changing rooms and they could not either. The maintenance was gone and no rooms available to have. 「Location, Location, Location is good!」

「The room was damp and smelled musty. We got in very late after driving for over 7 hours. Check out was 11:00am and before 11:05 housekeeping and the desk manager were at our doors. We were literally collecting our bags. We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The night desk clerk was friendly.」

「I was on the second floor. And the people above me were making noises until midnight, shaking the whole ceiling. I asked the lady at the front desk if she could tell them to stop jumping or whatever they were doing to cause the ceiling to shake. And nothing was done.」
