赫倫島 3 星級飯店

「good」

「Unfortunately, our stay was rather disappointing and fell short of the expectations created by the hotel's website and photographs. On arrival, the reception staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming. However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel! Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained...

「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「Good」

「Plenty of space at lobby for small and informal meetings.」

「We stayed five nights for a College reunion. The whole motel and amenities were excellent. But we were most impressed by the warm, friendly treatment we got from the entire staff. It was the most friendly, inviting motel we have stayed at. Thank you.」

「perfect place to stay while on the go」

「Everything was nice and clean when I got there. The bed was also very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The valet staff were helpful with answering my questions that I had about their service along with details that come with the it.」

「前台服务周到，客房宽敞整洁」

「Close to the highway, 汽车的噪音污染严重，不能睡觉。太恐怖啦。」

「Most affordable and conveniently located to the historic district/downtown area shops, restaurants, and bars.」
