"We originally had a room above the conference room with a very loud party going on until late. Had to change rooms to a different wing."

"There was no staff. We tried calling from 5-6 with no answer because we had a question about our room. Arrived at 9 for check in and they don’t staff the desk that late so we had to check in via computer which is not very personable for the hospitality industry. The bed frame was rickety metal and was loud every time we moved. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off. Both my showers were cold. There was no hand soap so I had to use shower gel at the sink. Overall it was a terrible experience and I won’t be returning and will be suggesting to friends and family to avoid the hotel at all costs. "

"Very nice comfortable room. Room wasn’t ready during check in time but the staff extended our stay to accommodate, thanks for the peace of mind and relaxation. "
