Hai Ya 3 Stars Hotels

We had a really pleasant stay at Phor Liang Meun Terracotta. The hotel is beautiful and it is very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very attentive and polite and the breakfast is delicious. If I come back to Chiang Mai I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Clean modern room. Quiet. Great friendly staff

BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

Todos muy amables

Small but very well kept hotel. Staff was very nice and there was free snacks and water all day. Very good location if you’re planning doing tours with pick up at hotel

Excellent in everyway. Amazing host and staff. Will stay there again when we get back to Chiang Mai a few days later.

Absolutely perfect stay. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great location.

Staff is so friendly and attentive. Delicious and varied breakfast options! Comfortable bed. GREAT shower! Excellent location!

The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay for our family of four in one of the suites.

I loved this hotel. It was clean, modern with an abundance bottled water at your disposal. The staff was super friendly and offered great tips on local activities. I specifically picked this hotel because of it's location in Nimman. There are tons of small shops, art studios, restaurants to check out. Chiang Mai is also not that big so we were able to walk from the middle of the Old City back to the hotel. I would love to come back to Chiang Mai and stay at BED Nimman!

We stayed almost a week with breakfast included in our package. The breakfast area is open with friendly staff and two friendly cats. Menu varies daily and food are make to order. Plenty good coffee shops and restaurants close by.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good breakfast, great atmosphere for travelers. Recommended

The hotel is tiny - maybe 12 rooms. It's very quiet and clean. Cafes, shops, and temples within a short walk. The room was small and clean. It had everything I needed - especially a big, clean, shower with hot water.

When I arrived I had just left another hotel that looked good on line but it wasn’t what I expected so I looked around and found Thapae Twins. What a good choice. Everyone was very helpfull but New and Nam Whan were over the top with helping get to places I was looking for. I will stay again.

The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Every morning, they asked about our plans for the day and provided us with useful travel tips and suggested places to see. They informed us about the different transportation options and approximate cost. They also arranged a taxi ride from the hotel to get us to airport on time. For the complimentary breakfast, they offered a variety of freshly prepared Thai dishes, fresh fruit, and western options. They all tasted delicious. When...

We stepped in to this place and immediately sensed something special about it. The ambiance was subdued, artsy and classy all at the same time. The room felt like an oasis, beautiful, comfy and refreshing. It’s close enough to walk to the Sunday night market and has some good massage places nearby! Breakfast was freshly made and delicious! We hope to return!

Probably the nicest hotel stay we have ever had! Owner family on premises, and available to assist you without being too pushy. You had your privacy, but they were always available to provide information and help when needed. Very welcoming.

What a wonderful place to stay in Chiang Mai. Brand new hotel that appears to be family run. The staff in this hotel were extremely eager to please. Served a personalized hot breakfast each morning and helped to arrange transportation back to the airport for us at 4:15am. Hotel room was clean, the bed was advertised as a double, but was queen size. You cannot beat this hotel for the money. I would highly recommend.
