Our stay at the pastell was very nice! The pool was nice and cool with a waterfall. The breakfast buffet and egg sandwiches available in the lobby were cooked to order and tasted amazing, the staff was also all very friendly and took great care of us and the cleaning of the rooms. The amenities available and the room were very nice and comfortable, the bathroom and shower was very unique. Also great location for being central for a lot of great experiences around the area like the bizzar

This was a wonderful property! Very clean. Great location and yet it was very quiet and peaceful. It was easy to walk or Grab to everything we did. The bed was super comfortable! AC was great. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was okay for me since I’m gluten free but my husband, who is not gluten free, said it was delicious! Laundry services were great and timely. Our only dislike was the massages - were more expensive than places outside of the hotel and not as good.

The hotel was very cute and the staff was very kind. The location is pretty decent, not really in the hustling and bustling area of things but getting around using Bolt is pretty easy and inexpensive.

The receptionists’ customer service was terrible. Told us to return later to check in but when we did they laughed at us and said our room isn’t ready. We asked if we could use the pool while we waited. They begrudgingly obliged. The room was again not ready after they said it would be a second time. They told us we had to pay for coffee when later we learned it was complimentary. We asked advice about things to do in town and they stared at us. I don’t know if they spoke English or not but if they did they were hiding that fact from us. Our room was quite gross. Bugs all over the beds. Hairs all over the bathroom. The bathroom sink was ready to collapse. If an adult leaned on it, it looked close to falling off the wall as the sides were totally disconnected from the wall. Could see they had attempted to caulk it many times. The TV didn’t work. I cannot believe this place calls itself a boutique hotel.
