"Upon arrival trying to check in couldn't find any staff working in the front desk waited half an hour with no one around decided to start calling the property at least 10 times to finally get someone to come down and check us in upon entering our room. It was very outdated dresser drawer wouldn't shut hair on the bedsheets. Hotel seems sketchy. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was tidy, surface clean and well vacuumed. The breakfast area was very clean as well. The property itself did need some updating as the carpets and furniture had a musty smell to them due to age. The pillows and bed linen did not smell fresh either. This is the reason I can only give an average rating."

"The room looked clean, the beds wer comfortable, the building well insulated.(noise) However, the Keurig didn't work, , we couldn't call the front desk to request an extra blanket, the soap dispenser was empty...breakfast was poor. (Cheap coffee, and the regular item served in any hotel breakfast ) "

"Carpet and overall room worn and dated. First room TV did not work. Could not get any sleep in the next room due to the noise and the hotels outside lights shining directly in my window. Staff not very helpful or courteous."

"We stayed here exactly one year ago for our child's admitted student day at UVM and are glad we came back. The renovations they were undergoing at that time resulted in a very comfortable Lobby and restaurant/ bar area. The bartender who served us on Friday night was incredibly friendly and helpful. The valet/parking service was very convenient and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the location in town was super convenient."

"Nice facility. A bit of a mistake with first room key. Opened the room and someone else was already there. Got a new key without a problem but a little disconcerting! "
