「This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The condo was clean, and well appointed with all of the things you could need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels annd extra pillows. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer to clean some of our beach laundry! Location was great! The grounds were beautiful, but sadly, there was a bit of trash around and lots of trash in the lagoon by the pool. Did not seem to be something that was taken care of regularly. The pools were...

「We booked this at the same time as some other family members. Paid the same price. We were given a room with water that did not stay hot for more than 5 minutes, the tubs filled up while you were showering so there is definitely some draining issues. The air in the master bedroom did not work completely so the entire condo would be cooled off except that one room. However, our family had a condo that was very nice (for the same price) so it just depends on what Letter Villa they stick you in.」

「I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.」

「I loved our small apartment with a balcony for our two night stay. Great access to the beach and room were spacious. The only thing that I didn’t like since we weren’t staying for the week is that timeshare owners check in on Saturday therefore, I had to switch rooms mid stay. So it interrupted our stay and having young toddlers wasn’t fun having to pack up and unpack again. Other than that, I would stay again but not check in on a Friday.」

「The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.」

「The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. Loved renting bikes and riding the paths the island has. It's NICE & QUIET. If you're looking for alot of action you need to go somewhere else. It's a layed back family beach. Hope it can stay that way. FYI...... their is a sale pitch for the time share buy in. JUST SAY NO!」

「The rooms were a lot bigger than expected, it’s an excellent place to stay, super easy, fast walk to the beach. Loved the covered garage, Super family-friendly, there is tons of little things to do around the resort, very clean, and very close to restaurants, stores, etc.」
