「Friendly service」

「The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.」

「Everything was great. If I had to “complain” about one thing is that I feel like the shower curtains are never wide enough and water gets on the floor. Nothing a towel couldn’t fix.」

This property did allow me to have my dog which was a great thing but there was a discrepancy in pet fees that were advertised and what I was being charged. I did bring it up to the young lady at reception but she didn’t adjust the price or offer any concessions. The walls are very thin, you will hear and smell everything your neighbor is doing. 「There were bugs in the bed the bedrooms windows were busted out the grout was full of mold in the bathroom and the TVs did not work or have remote」

「Diamond in the rough. This was a first time staying in a house instead of a hotel. Pulling into the neighborhood the family was a bit weary. Kids fighting. Skunk smell about. But I noticed one of the neighbors had an Astrovan with big chromed out wheels so I was pumped! House was great and we loved it. Very comfy and would recommend again.」
