「The Mecure is a walkable distance from the train station, and from its front doors and front rooms one can look right down a main avenue to the Esplanade and the Firth of Clyde. The staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast had a wide choice of buffet items. I also had supper two evenings in the hotel, and the wait staff plus food were very good. 「A lovely find on our journey through southern Scotland. The view on the beach was fantastic and the room was spacious and well equipped. It was a nice touch having our kitchen stocked with our breakfast so we didnt have to dress and eat with other people before we have had coffee. Would def recommend!」
