「It’s a bad service in the front of desk….」

「Located 5 minutes from the town. Quick check in. Room could have done with an update. Low beams in room and corridor - luckily remembered to duck. Great service for dinner and choice of 5 meals. Food arrived hot with a good vegetable selection. Buffet style breakfast, excellent sausages. Overall lovely staff throughout the hotel looking forward to returning. 」

「I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening. Doesn't seem much point to me in...

「I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. Terrible for a hotel experience.」

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「As always, the Holiday Inn Express at Albert Dock, Liverpool, met my expectations. Clean in all areas of the hotel, friendly efficient staff throughout, excellent breakfast, very nice room, so what’s not to like. 」

「We arrived late in the evening with a young child, the check in process was simple and we were in our room in no time at all. The hotel was very clean, and extremely quiet over night given how busy the hotel was. The staff at breakfast were attentive and very friendly, overall a lovely stay, and I'd highly recommend 」

「While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. 」
