「We booked a room with two queens but received a room with king and pullout. No sheets for pullout and had to ask several times for the sheets and pillows. Shower had no shampoo and again asked a couple times to fill up shampoo. Once pullout was set up For bed there was no room to walk around. Went to make some tea in the breakfast area the “hot” water container was cole water. It was a good location to our activities.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays.」

「The suite room is spacious, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Room full of outlets and lights. Everything was clean. The full kitchen is A plus, it has all the things you need, even a dishwasher and food disposal to keep it clean. My family enjoyed our time together very much and we thank the great staff and service. My only problem was that the location was so close to the airport. But if you are a heavy sleeper it's ok.」

「I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.」
