「We had no hot water all weekend and the elevator was not working. Lighting strike a day before. We were never told about the problem before we checked in. We found out the next morning when we went to shower after we ate breakfast. I went down to let them know and the assistant GM said we are working on it. 「Parking was easy and free. This hotel is right off the highway, don't worry, the room was super quiet. Check-in was fast and cheerful. I booked a room with a king bed and it turned out great. Good room, clean, nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion. As well as a small fridge and microwave. Pleanty of space to stow suitcases and jackets. Air-conditioning worked great. (It was 90F outside).
