「It's super clean and the staff treated my family and I like we were family. I'm beyond blessed for how they took care of our many needs while dealing with tough times of our lives. Front desk worker Sarah goes out of her way to help everyone have a great experience at Queen city. My family is thankful for the hospitality. 」

「Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !」
