「I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!」

「I stayed in this hotel for one week had to change room four times. They had sheets and blankets that had stains on them. I had hair in my bed so that meant that the sheet probably was never changed. I had a clogged tub clogged sink one room that they switched us to the floor was soaking wet. One of the staff members in the maid department stole my hundred dollar bag a gentleman at the front desk lied about my bag when he said the room had a do not disturb on it, and he could not go up and knock...

「Cute stay downtown Ocala. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our only issue was the noise from the street below our room. Nothing the hotel can do about that but they did give us ear plugs in the room if we wanted to use them.」

「Suites were very nice, clean, coffee and tea in the room. Dishes, cups, and cutlery as well. microwave and coffee maker also in room. Lots of towels. Pillows were very comfy. Pool side very nice with patio chairs and tables. Lots of free parking on site. Near Lots of amenities- restaurants, shopping, gas stations. 24/7 staffed front desk. Easy check-in and check-out.」

「Overall a decent place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and organized. Pool was not swimable following morning but considering there was rain the night before it was understandable. I'm sure it just wasn't cleaned out yet. Best part was very good breakfast considering it's a hotel breakfast. Rooms have older furniture and beds were hard and uncomfortable. Lousy pillows made it even worse. Upgrade the beds and I'll give 5 star for the price point.」

「I would recommend this place to everyone. We were sad to leave. The manager went above and beyond. There were numerous added touches to make it feel like a home and welcoming. I have never stayed at such a clean place while traveling. Everything about it was perfect. We enjoyed the gym, pool, and splash pad. The groundskeepers were all extremely nice as well. It was a great great experience.」
