「We had a great stay for 3 nights here. We checked in late and appreciated the front desk taking care of us. We really enjoyed the room we had on a corner, 5th floor- yes, you could hear music and noise on the weekend, but IT"S AUSTIN, we were fine with it and mostly out enjoying the city anyway. 「It was an ok stay for just an overnight after a flight. Staff was nice and polite. Airport shuttle service was good. But the facility needs updated and maintained. Put on the 5th floor- no big deal, until the elevator broke and I had to haul luggage downstairs the next morning. And the stairwell had trash in it like someone was living/hanging out there. 「During our four-day stay, the hotel ran out of sheets and towels - how does that even happen? They shut down the elevators because of a rain storm. The in-room iron stained their pillowcase (because I was smart enough to test it on the pillowcase before trying it on my shirt).
