「Beautiful property. Very clean and quaint. A close walk to all the downtown shops. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, particularly Madie. 」

「Located in the heart of St Augustine close to shops and monuments. As an inn, it’s ok — quiet, clean, parking included. The food could use a bit of improvement, and some aspects of the building could use a refresh. 」

「Definitely an amateurish operation. House was plain, no decorations. No counter space in bath, no desk, drawers, or closet in room. Parking was a very bad joke. Hard to find anyone to do anything - no front desk staff at all. Room not available on time. Very onerous cancellation and change policies. Not worth the cost AT ALL - stay somewhere else!」

「Everything was great except I took a bad fall walking down the steep stairs at night and didn’t see the last step so it would have been good for the stairs to have some sort of lighting right on the steps or at the bottom to prevent falls」
