「When I told the desk clerk it was our first visit, she took us on a tour. The grounds are inviting, the beach is just across the parking lot. I loved breakfast - soft boiled my own eggs. The quiche was nice. Lovely folks cooking. The rooms are small, the bathroom is tight. But there is a glimpse of the Atlantic from the second floor balcony and you can watch rocket launches from the beach. The pool was perfect. And all day, every day, you see employees working hard. 「The reviews for Four Points Cocoa Beach were all over the place so I was a little concerned. We had a wonderful 3 day stay here. The hotel could use some updating but our room was spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was so hot during our stay but everything was walkable and very close. Ron Jon next door, great restaurants close by, and the beach was an easy one block walk. The parking garage was convenient and a bargain at $10/day. We will be back for another visit.」

「Location, location, location! The place was beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs.. The two dedicated parking spaces were a plus since they're was no street parking. 10/10 Recommend!」

「Coastal retreat is very clean, nice relaxing place and only a short walk to the beach. They offer everything you need from coffee, plenty of towels, a beach wagon and chairs. They are also extremely pet friend with a pet shower, towels and treats. I will be back to visit again❣️」

「Everything was great. I only have a suggestion about the windows curtains. Windows and slider needs non see through or a second set to close that will Let light in but give privacy. Also the key pad would stick and we needed to use alternate master key. But all good. Staff was great.」
