「For a four-star resort, I expected more from both service and housekeeping. On our second day, we had to actually request housekeeping ourselves for fresh towels and bed service. Even then, they did the bare minimum — no bath soap refill, a dirty washcloth left in the shower, and no toilet paper restocked. Those are basic standards for any hotel, let alone one at this level. The interior of the property itself is showing its age, and it doesn’t feel especially clean.」
