Chaplin Historic District 3 Stars Hotels

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic other than the pillows. They were pretty flat but I did request to have an extra pillow because I normally sleep with extra and the gentleman ended up going downstairs and got me some brand new pillows which were perfect. The only area of improvement I would suggest is the Bistro was very tiny and essentially was transformed to Starbucks the next morning. Other than that I have no complaints at all and I would certainly stay there again. "

"My husband , myself and our two small girls are currently going into our third week here and I am very happy to say I have zero complaints. The staff is extremely personable and accommodating. All you have to do is be a decent human to others. There are many negative reviews online that I do not agree with. We will gladly be staying here for our winter extended stays in the near future and possibly again next winter. We appreciate all of you here at La Quinta!!"
