The rooms are simple with few amenities (so you’ll need bring your own kettle if you want the occasional tea) but reasonably spacious (though with a rather bland colour scheme). Had a sea facing room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony that was nice. Late-night noise from various parties, nightclubs etc, from along the seafront was sadly a persistent issue (but not the fault of the hotel) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. 「This hotel is in a very good location right by the water front. The scene outside is a bit busy, but it was quiet after hours. The room we had was well furnished and the bathroom was clean and modern. Unfortunately we were in a top floor and the ceiling was sloped quite low over part of the room, so it was not as spacious or functional as we would have liked. The included breakfast was very good. 「Although the apartment itself looked great on the outside, the entrance was a bit shabby. A ghost kept holding the door between the foyer and our room door. The room was clean but we had no hot water and could not determine which switch controlled the water heater. Bed very comfy and amenities in the room well stocked.」
